This stunningly illustrated book combines authentic, traditional recipes with inspiring stories from women who, with help from the charity Women For Women International, have gone from being victims to active citizens. Recipes range from Afghan flatbreads to Kosovan sticky doughnuts, and the royalties from the book will support the WfWI's farming and food training initiatives.
