Oliver's parents own a bank, which makes them very rich, successful and important, but all Oliver is interested in is the puppy that he frequently visits at the local pet shop. But when a mysterious woman threatens to harm the puppy unless Oliver helps her recover the invested money his parents have lost, Oliver must come up with the most extraordinary plan imaginable to save his canine friend.
